before your appointment:
​
Due to the current global pandemic, we have had to add a temporary charge for the increased PPE requirements for the team and guests.
This is set at £3 just now, with a view to lowering the charge as we reduce the number of requirements for PPE and safety measures in place.
We do not see it rising unless the cost of PPE does. But we have been very prepared so hoping this will not be the case.
This fee covers the additional protective measures we have, all the new measures have been put in place with the safety of everyone in mind as well as being able to continue in business for years to come.

ON ARRIVAL:
​
Following government advice, at the moment the salon will not be taking any walk-in appointments.
Appointments must be made via our Instagram page, Facebook page or by phoning the salon. Unfortunately at the moment, you will not be able to pop in and book.
We are temporarily limiting the number of people in the salon at one time, so please attend your appointment alone. Please do not attend your appointment early and if you do so please stay in your car or outside and bear with us until your technician will send you a message that they are ready for your appointment and you can then come in.
If you are running late for your appointment please let us know with the utmost priority as we will be running to a strict schedule to help with managing the cleaning and sanitisation of the salon between guests.
If you are more than 5 minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment for the next available/convenient.

SAFETY FIRST:
​
For the safety and reassurance of our team and guests, we require everyone to wear a mask when coming to our salon.
With this reducing the risk of the virus being spread by asymptomatic guests (people unaware they have the virus).

We will meet all guests at the door.
This is where you will have your temperature checked with a non-invasive thermometer.
You will then be asked to sanitise or wash your hands.
Please keep any keys, phone and your purse etc. in your bag.
Your technician will then walk you to your seat and start your treatment where you will have your own personal nail file, buffer and sand band if required for your treatment.

CLEANING:
​
We are well practised in cleaning and infection control already with our industry having clear guidelines.
That said we have all completed extra training during the lockdown and will be practising the extra measures to help and protect everyone.
All Stations will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between each guest.
All tools will be cleaned and sterilised for each guest, with each guest having their own Nail bag ready and sealed before they arrive.

IF YOU BECOME ILL:
​
If you, unfortunately, become ill or present symptoms of COVID-19 within 7 days of your appointment, you must let us know.
We are keeping records of every person to enter the building so we can conduct our own "track and protect" style system and be able to inform the relevant authorities and people if needed.
